I went to Nikola's for a prepurchase inspection. Nikola was very responsive and professional. When it came time for the inspection, he quickly spotted some dubious at-home paint/repairs made to the body of the car. Hard to spot right away for me. Would've been a very expensive repair. Didn't charge for the inspection because it took less than a minute or so. Honest mechanic and I'll be sure to come back.

My 1979 Super Beetle would not start and I had it towed to Nikola's Auto Center for repairs. My car was diagnosed to have a bad battery which was a surprise to me as I thought it was related to the starter and solenoid switch. Nickola told me that my Napa battery was still on warranty and could be replaced. I got the battery replaced for free by Napa and returned it to Nikola's to complete the rest of the work (brake checks and fuel tank leak determination). Nikola's completed all of the work I requested in a very reasonable time and performed the work withing my budget. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Nikola's Auto Center for classic cars. Nikola and Egon were both very helpful and worked me to perform their work and answer all of my questions.

Being my first M2 BMW… I wanted to add a few strong engine components to increase its power without changing too much of the overall authenticity of the car. I was already concerned on what to do, or who to trust. Not knowing nothing about mechanics, I searched online for a BMW specialist, or a reliable / trustable garage on the windward side area. After a few calls to various garages… I wasn’t thrilled with the level of involvement those technicians had with no patience or motivation from my questions. But when I called “Nikola’s Auto Center” in Kailua, the passion of Nikola adding to his active listening and expertise skills “boosted” my trust to bring my car. Nikola professionalism and honest communication, provided me with confidence. I relied on him to order the right engine components. He even “rejected” more work / money that I wished to accomplished in the engine, as he believed that it wasn’t necessary to add those parts first the power and stability of the car. Once all components received, it only took him and his expert technician “Egon” a total of 4 days to finalize a very complex work, where body parts need it to be removed for new components to be installed (p

They diagnosed the issue quickly and walked me through the work before starting. The turnaround time was fast, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of service I received. Thank you So Much, Nikola. He installed on my car a new screen touch system. I love it. He was fast and very fair with the price compared to other shops, this option was the most affordable, and the service was excellent. After six months, everything works smoothly. Mahalo 🤙
